5th Street Ace Hardware Throws 2nd Annual Ladies’ Night
Washington, DC– The dead of winter can’t stop the fun! 5th Street Ace Hardware is hosting their 2nd Annual Ladies' Night on February 7, 2012 from 6-8 pm. The night’s theme is Do It Yourself, and the store is hosting vendors and local businesses to hold demos and workshops on everything from starting seeds and unclogging a drain to changing a bike tire and personal training.
Guests will enjoy treats from Hello Cupcake, Chipotle and Busboys & Poets, gift bags to the first 100 customers and 20% off purchases that evening. The lineup of raffle prizes is extensive and includes gift cards to neighborhood businesses and restaurants, free interior design and organization consulting, personal training, massage and, of course, fun products and useful tools. Proceeds from the sale of tickets for two grand prizes (a Schulte freedomeRail Shoe Closet valued at $700 and $250 gift card to Ace Hardware stores in DC) go directly to Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals in Washington, DC.
